What should I consider so that I’m not always hungry when losing weight?





Rule 1
Lots of small meals daily. If you’re only eating three meals a day, you are telling your body nourishment is rare. Don’t give it fat; give it small healthy snacks, for example: cottage cheese.

Rule 2
Drink shakes. Low-fat milk and yogurt, ice cubes, fruit, and whey protein powder combine to make calcium-rich shake that will boost your metabolism and it tastes great.

Rule 3
Hydrate. Water has no calories; keeps you full; removes waste, and helps nutrients reach your muscles. Drink at least eight glasess a day. Avoid alcohol – It reduces the body’s ability to burn fat.

Rule 4
Power eating. Men’s Health discovered the 10 most effective foods for losing weight. This 10 foods, especially for men should be at the center of your diet.

-        Salad: Lettuce leaves provide a crisp base that lets all the other ingredients shine. It fills your belly with few calories – about 12 calories per 100 grams;

-        Berries: Despite their high sugar content, they hardly raise your blood sugar level and their color and flavor turns any fruit salad into a delicious snack;

-        Water:  A unique pick. No calories, yet still burns energy. With or without bubbles, even a little helps;

-        Lemon: Water is the alpha and omega of losing weight. Drink 2-5 liters per day. But that gets boring. Tips – A squeeze of organic lemon in your glass provides a welcome change;

-        Nuts: They do have a lot of fat but nuts and almonds are full o valuable nutrients; a hand full makes you fell fuller  than other snacks with the same number of calories;

-        Cream cheese: Even the full verison has half the calories of butter but tastes as good. Cut even more calories with the low fat variety;

-        Chicken sausage: Fan of sausage can still enjoy their favorite food, since chicken sausage has fewer calories than other varieties. Prosciutto and turkey are other good options;

-        Peppers: The prototype of the quick fill-up veggie: It cuts into slices in a jiffy and is made for snacking. Add a tasty dip and the bag of crisps stays shut;

-        Olive oil: Used, sparingly, it improves vegetables and make them tasty;

-        Nut spread: (like Nuttela) Enjoy your sweets and don’t just cram them in. Nut spread is a good way to practice. Lick it slowly off a spoon. Try them!

Rule 5
Ignore the rules. Does avoiding your favorite food gnaw at your motivation? Reward yourself after a successful diet week with a self-indulgent pork dish or steak.
