Training ratio for beginners and fitter athletes. To lose weight you have to train and to have healthy eating plan.

But is there any advantage to training everyday to lose weight?

The best you can do is to change the intensity in training in order to lose weight. If you take enough time off to recover, your body will release more energy in your next training session. Rest allows your body to perform better but if it’s too short o too long, it will affect your overall performance. 

Beginners should start by working out for two days, then taking one day off. Fitter athletes should use a 3:1 ratio.

Go for 2:1 ratio workout and lose that weight!
