Whatever
your fitness goal is, you need to build avery strong fundation. So building a
solid base of strenght and mobility is crucial. If you want to drop some weight
or to gain some muscle, the strong foundation, it will let you shift bigger
weights to improme your gym gains and if you want to fight it’ll allow you to
handle an oponent with more success.
What you
have to do is to hit the weights hard in one month and you will see the
benefits later.
Do the
workouts in three session a week – two aimed at building strenght and one
focused on conditioning.
Be free to
make your own set of workouts, but remember to in each session workout your
entire body.
