My HIIT training today.

My training for today was exhausting and the one below.
After warm up, I did these exercises in circuit, 7 times with one minute rest.

1.    30 sec - high knees;
2.    30 sec - plank;
3.    30 sec - jump squats;
4.    30 sec - basic burpees;
5.    30 sec - punches;
6.    30 sec - flutter kicks;


I enjoyed the most of this training. Try it and enjoy it.
